Went in here after a car being sold out from under us a few dealerships down. We went in late and Austin McCracken started helping us right away. He was so helpful and helped me find the right car without being pushy. We got it all done that night and I love my new car. The process was smooth and Austin was wonderful to work with. Definitely recommend.

Evelyn was a huge help. I needed a car quick. She made sure she worked with her partners to get the car I wanted at a reasonable rate. Coming from someone in sales that type of effort to go above and beyond means everything and makes me want to recommend anyone any the area.

We purchased a vehicle in the Houston area due to limited availability locally of the car we wanted to purchase for our daughter. Our experience with the service department at Mike Smith Nissan and Anthony were amazing. They even washed her car for me, which took another to task of my busy day off my to-do list. We scheduled our appointment online and everything went smoothly and done in a timely manner. Will definitely continue using their service department instead of returned to the Houston dealership where we purchased the vehicle.

GOOD PEOPLE, GREAT SERVICE!

I was not very pleased today. I needed several different services done on my vehicle. I had different coupons for each services and the advisor informed me I could use only one of the coupons. They are telling me that I need these services and asking if I want to have them done yet they expect me to come back 4 different times to get them done in order to take advantage of the specials. I think this is ridiculous.

Service department really helped me out. I was on the first day of a 2 week road trip when my car broke down near Beaumont Texas. I got towed I and they diagnosed problem, fixed and got me back on the road in less than 2 hours. They were very helpful.

It was very pleasant. It just took a long time, considering I did make an appointment. I do, however, understand they were shorthanded. The staff was very sweet, offering snacks and drinks to the customers that were waiting.

From the initial conversation with Tommy, to some help after the deal went through my experience has been 10/10. Everything went quickly and smoothly and I was able to drive out in a new leased truck is less than 24 hours from initial contact.

I bought a certified used truck front them and had to take it in for some work and I was pleased with the help I received . I was able to drop it off before school and then go pick it up after. It was coved under warranty also and had no trouble .
